Return Process

  Contact our Customer Experience team via email or phone within 30 days of your purchase date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

  Ship the Product

  Affix your prepaid shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the return back to our distribution center for inspection.

  Receive Refund or Credit
